Village opening

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. : Free sailing lessons and introductory sessions with BRED Banque Populaire, subject to availability - Eure Basin

Inauguration of the starting village, attended by founding partners (City of Le Havre and JDE France), the Normandy Region, and institutional partners of the event – Followed by the unveiling of the plaque honoring the 2023 winners.
